Steps to Login to Swathi caterer Portal 29-01-2025
- Log in using your Register Number and Captcha.
- Provide the necessary basic information.
- Once submitted successfully, you will be redirected to the Dashboard.
- Navigate to the Fees section to check any pending payments.
- Click Pay Online and complete the transaction using UPI.

(a) Email & Password Login:
- Enter the resgistered email and password to Login
(b) Mobile Number & OTP / Magic Link Login:
- Click Login via OTP or Magiclink
- Enter the resgistered mobile number
- Click Request OTP
- OTP and Magic link will be sent to the registered mobile number and email address
- Use OTP or Click the Link to Login
(c) Mobile Number & Password Login:
- Click Login using Mobile Number
- Enter the resgistered mobile number and password to Login
(a) Procedure to reset forgotten password:
- Click Forgot your password?
- Enter your Admission No / Roll No
- Click Send Reset Password Instructions
- Password reset instructions will be sent to the registerd email address
- Use the link to reset forgotten password
(a) Procedure to download Fee Statement:
- After successful login click the Fees link
- List of fees to be paid will be displayed
- Click View to see fees information
- Click Download - Select 'Fee Statement'
(a) Procedure to pay fees:
- After successful login click the Fees link
- List of fees to be paid will be displayed
- Click View to see fees information
- Click Pay Online to pay the fees
- Amount payable will be displayed Click Pay Now
- Complete the bank's payment process and view the fees page for payment status
(a) Procedure to download Fee Receipt or Admit card:
- After successful login & fee payment click the Fees link
- List of fees paid will be displayed
- Click View to see fees information
- Click Download - Select 'Fee Receipt or Admit Card'
